Hoping it doesn't rain - we're planning on going to Moon Farm this morning.  (another pumpkin patch).  Then this afternoon I'm going to a retirement dinner.  A busy but fun day!

A free day!  Whew, it's been a busy week.  But there was lots of fun stuff too.  The boys performances at school yesterday were awesome!  The day ended up being really chopped up, so I had no momentum going and basically didn't get much accomplished.  But, that's ok, I have a whole list of things to get done today!  And I am determined to get them all done!

We had a great time at the Covered Bridge Farm yesterday.  There were hardly any people there so there were no lines, the boys got to do everything several times!  And we got some really awesome pumpkins.   It was a fun day!  Today, we are just hanging out (their choice).  It's supposed to rain, so I guess it's a good day to be indoors.  Just a lazy day.

A fun day coming up.  Ethan is headed to a birthday party for a friend so Hudson and I will hang out and do a few errands.  Then after the birthday party we're going to the car show on Main Street to check out the cool cars.  Maybe hit the icecream shop :)  The boys are spending the night and our job is to bake the cake for Ethan's birthday party he's having with his friends tomorrow.  So, a busy and fun day today!

I did burn a lot of actual calories yesterday.  I got the lawn mowed, the flowers dead headed, the weeds pulled and the patio cleaned up.  That only took half the day so I actually got to spend some time in the stamp room too - it was a very productive day :)   Back to the stamp room today, I need to finish up the class projects.

Off to the Farmer's Market this morning.  Peach season is coming to an end  :( .  Need to get some chores done today and then hopefully I can get back to the stamp room.

Off to the grocery store in a bit and then I'm really going to spend the day in the stamp room - hopefully even getting some stamping done :).  Got totally sidetracked yesterday so didn't get much done - but I spent some time catching up with a friend, so that was even better!

Well, yesterday didn't turn out quite as expected.  Ended up working at the hospital for someone who called in sick.  Was glad I could help out, but needless to say, there was no stamping involved.  I did get a bit done later in the day, but certainly not what I was expecting.  The best laid plans......    So, today it's back to the plan :)  We'll see how well it works out today!!!

The boys and I have had quite a week!  But now they can spend the weekend with their parents and I can.......?   Actually, we spent one day moving my entire craft room around.  Now it's needs to be reorganized.  So, it's either do some stamping or do some reorganizing.  But first I need to mow the lawn so I guess I'll see what I'm in the mood for after that chore is done :)

Yep, sometimes it does, but today I've actually accomplished a few things.  I got side tracked this morning and completely forgot about the blog, but I was enjoying having breakfast with a friend I hadn't seen in over a month :(.  We got caught up and said we wouldn't let that much time go by again :).   After that I managed to make some peach bread and 2 batches of cookies - yes! - even in this heat!  Now I'm ready to just relax for a bit and finish the book I've been reading.  Another Saturday gone in a flash!

Off to Farmer's Market to get my weekly supply of fresh veggies.  Then I'm hoping to be more ambitious than I was yesterday - although I did mow the lawn and get the laundry done.  But, I got totally sidetracked with a book so spent most of the afternoon reading :)  I plan on really trying to do something constructive today!

Going with the good vibes only today :)  I'm off to the first Farmer's Market this morning.  Hoping for some peaches, fresh corn and tomatoes!  After that a quick stop to get a few groceries.  My plan is to get some more cards made today after I get my errands finished.  We'll see :)

Well, dang I just spaced out posting yesterday.  Oops.  Hudson and I had a nice morning and then went to Ethan's graduation.   He graduated from Preschool and next step, Kindergarten.  I'm not ready!  After 10 years of having a weekly 'Grandma day' I will have to get used to just school holidays. :(  But, life moves on.  More stamping time I guess :)

Today is a free day and I haven't quite figured out what I'm doing yet.  Guess I better get to work on a plan!
