The city has declined to use their first right of refusal for the purchase of my house - now we can move forward with the couple who want to buy it! Woo hoo! Hopefully it will be smooth sailing with the rest of the paper work, inspection etc. Off to the house in town this morning to get another estimate for flooring (it was the painter I met with the other day).

Oh my gosh....what beauty!! So magestic, I think I would miss this scenery.
