The guy is coming today to remove the old swamp cooler and install a new one - hopefully this is the last of the 'big stuff' that I need to do on this house. Now I just to figure out what to do with the yard :)

Adorable! Are there directions for the file folder using envelope punch somewhere I can access? Love your cards! They are all gorgeous!
