The card - white panel is die cut (SU).  The stamped images are heat embossed with gold which doesn't  really show up in the scan, but is really pretty in real life.  The butterfly is punched out and popped up.  

Well, yesterday turned into a real do-nothing day!  Went for two walks, took a nap, read a book and that was about it!  Guess I needed a day off :)  I do have plans to get some things accomplished today - hopefully that will work out better than it did yesterday!!!!
