The card - bottom piece of background is patterned paper with a strip of embossed cardstock at the top.  The tag is a die cut with a stamped sentiment, and some added twine.  The leaves are die cut and the small flowers are Prima flowers.  

'Grandma time' with Hudson.  That's all.  My last regular Grandma day on Mondays with Hudson.  He starts Kindergarten on Wednesday.  Going to take a bit of getting used to after 5 years!   But, luckily I will still have a regular day with Ethan and school holidays with Hudson!  Just another little change in my world!
