The card - background has a piece of patterned paper in the center.  Flower image is stamped on a smaller die cut panel, matted and popped up.  Add a sentiment and some twine.  Easy!

Time to get the house cleaned.  Have company from out of town arriving tonight so I must get sheets on the spare bed!
