The card - strips are added to the background and then the design is die cut on the entire piece.  The flowers are stamped, die cut and popped up.  The center and leaves are die cut.  Add a bit of bling.

Chores this morning and then some relaxing time with the Needle Keepers.   I can't believe it's the first of July....time is going by much too fast.  Have to say June was a terrific birthday month.  So much birthday love came my way!  It was wonderful!  I have such wonderful family and friends!
