The card - background has pieces of patterned paper and a die cut border at the bottom.  The leaves are die cut from patterned paper.  Add a die cut, stamped sentiment piece, some bling and some twine.

Running late posting this morning.  I was concentrating on getting out and mowing the lawn before it got too hot and spaced out the blog :)  The yard is done now so here I am!  Thinking I am going to shower the sweat off (still hot even first thing in the morning) and then hopefully get some stamping done!
