The card - background is pieces of patterned paper.  The sunflower is stamped directly on the large piece of patterned paper.  Add a sentiment.  Super easy!

The stamp room is almost done!  Waiting on a couple of things from Amazon, but it is mostly done!  Whew!  I won't be able to try the new arrangement out for a few days, but hopefully by the end of the week!  Only 3 days til school starts (well, 2 for Hudson).   So we must make the most of these last few days.
