The card - background is embossed with a piece of patterned paper at the top.  Leaves are die cut.  Flowers are heat embossed with gold, sponged, die cut and popped up.  Add a sentiment, some gold twine and some bling.

Off to work this morning - filling in for another volunteer who is off celebrating her birthday!  Hopefully I can get some stamping done this afternoon.
