The card - patterned paper with a stamped sentiment.  I stamped the sentiment, then die cut the shape, popped it up in the same opening.  Added some bling and some twine.  Super easy!

Busy in the kitchen this morning.  Just making my contributions for our bbq at Jeff & Sara's this afternoon.  The boys are coming home with me later to spend the night!  (no school tomorrow).
