Never made it out of town yesterday, but I am going to drive up over Grand Mesa today.  It should be beautiful up there with all the fall colors - one of my favorite seasons!

It's much too beautiful of a fall day to waste so I think I'm going to go for a drive today and see if I can find some fall scenery to take pictures of - unless I can talk my friend Judy into doing something today :)

Having fun with relatives from California.  They are here for such a short time.  We're having breakfast with Jeff and Sara this morning and then they are driving back to Denver.  Boo hoo - wish they could stay longer.  But, it's been fun having them!

I can't believe how productive I was yesterday.  I fertilized the lawn, sprayed the flowers for bugs, made two pillows, framed two stitched projects and finished the binding on another stitched item - and taught a class last night.   Wow - wish I could be that productive every day :)   Now I'll probably be worthless today, but what the heck.  I do have a few errands I need to run and I hope to get the fall stuff up.

The card - leaves are from Hero Arts.  They are stamped directly on a piece of white  - I rounded the corners and added a hole for the twine to make it into a tag.  The tag is popped up on top of the embossed panel.  Colors are cajun and honey.

I am going to try and get some fall stitching things put together today.  Although I really am not ready for the whole 'fall thing'  (summer went by way too fast!!!) I need to get the fall decorations out soon!
