The card - I stamped the leaves on the background and then embossed the panel.  The butterflies are die cut from patterned paper.  The sentiment is stamped and then die cut.  

The flowers are all planted....now we hope they grow!  I seem to have more than usual this year.  Today is catch up day - laundry, grocery store - all that fun stuff!

Some extra 'Grandma time' with Ethan today.  I hope it gets warm enough to spend some time outside!  My body is having a hard time dealing with 80 degrees one day and 40 the next!  :)  But, that's spring in Colorado!

I'm on school taxi duty this morning.  Jeff is playing in a golf tournament so I will go out and hang out with Hudson until it's time for school.  Yay!  Then I'm thinking I'll come home and maybe get some stamping done.  The stuff has been on the table for several days, but I keep getting sidetracked with other stuff.  Maybe today I can actually get something done :)

The card - I stamped the flowers randomly on the background piece and then once more on a seperate piece.  I die cut the seperate piece into a circle and added some white to the flower petals and a bit of green to the leaves.  The circle and the sentiment piece are popped up.

I thought there was some chores I wanted to get done this morning, but for the life of me I can't remember what they were.  Good grief!  Oh well!  Looking forward to an afternoon with the Needle Keepers.

The card - background panel is embossed.  Smaller panel is die cut with a seperate piece for the insert.  The image is stamped once on the small insert and then again on a seperate piece.  On the seperate piece I colored the flowers and leaves just a bit and then cut the flower image out and popped it up on top of the small insert piece.

Need to get the kids ready for school/daycare,  deliver them and then my day is free until I have to pick Jeff up at the airport later this afternoon!   No big plans, just a day to regroup I guess.

What a fun day we had yesterday!  Lunch at Davetos, shopping at the new Hobby Lobby in Montrose - which is bigger than ours and still has that 'new smell'!  Found some paper, die cuts and even a stamp that I just had to have :)  It was a great day!  Today it's school taxi this morning, errands and then some free time before I pick the boys up from school and then they're spending the night!
