The flowers are all planted and the lawn is mowed.  Now what?  Don't have a plan today, guess I'll see what I'm inspired to do!

The card - the flower (SU)  is stamped in a matching color for a subtle background.  Decorative circle is die cut.  Flowers and leaves are stamped, die cut and popped up.

Got most of the flowers planted yesterday, just have a few to finish.  It took me a little longer than usual becuase Hudson had to help!  LOL.  But he had a great time so a little extra time was perfectly fine.  (besides, there's plenty of time these days :)   Hopefully I can get the flowers finished and the lawn mowed today!

The card - super simple.  The background embossing folder I used is from SU.  The small rectangle is a die cut from SU.  I stamped the sentiment on the die cut in the matching color and popped it up.  Easy Peasy!!!

Well, I'm thinking I may get started planting some flowers.  My Dad always said to wait for Mother's Day, which I've always done.  However, the weather report shows no overnight freezing temps for the next two weeks, so I'm thinking, why not!!  We're actually haing some unusual high temps for this time of year.  Guess I'll take a chance and hope I'm not sorry!  So, today, it's off to get dirt for the planters and see what the nursery has in the way of flowers!

The card - a new set of stamps and dies (SU) that I borrowed from my friend Emily.  Lots of fun things to play with!!!  The background piece is die cut at the bottom.  The flower bunch is stamped lightly in the top left hand corner.  Add the sentiment and ribbon.  Easy!

It's supposed to get rather warm today!  The plan is to clean up Hudson's outside play area and do a bit of repair on the potting bench.

Crafty Sunday - LOL!  Believe it or not this was the aftermath of a fairly productive day yesterday!  I got quite a few cards done - yay!  And, I even got that mess cleaned up before bed time!

Jeff is playing golf today, so Hudson and I will have to figure out something fun to do.   It was a last minute thing, so I have nothing planned at the moment ......a bit more caffiene and I should be able to function!

Well, I didn't get the lawn mowed yesterday....but, Hudson had a day at home since his Mom didn't have to work, so I cleaned house.  It had been too long.  Hopefully I can get the lawn mowed today!  And I spent some time learning more about the new computer - that's going to take awhile!

No plan for the day ,,,,,,should mow the lawn, but  not sure what the weather forecast is for today.  Should do some laundry and clean the house.  Hmmmm....lots of things to, just not very motivated this morning!

Crafty Sunday - a wool applique pillow.  I enlarged the pattern to make it big enough for a king size pillow.  It resides on the spare bed.

Jeff is playing golf today so Hudson and I will have to figure out something to do.  So far the sun is shining so that is a good sign :)  I'm trying to think of somewhere to go but my brain is a little mushy.  Maybe I need more caffiene!

No plan for today yet.  Jeff has been doing some touchup painting around the house (left from when I moved in almost 6 years ago LOL)  and he may be over today to do some more. I've placed my 'pickup order' for groceries so will pick those up this afternoon.  And now what????   Maybe I'll work on figuring out the new computer :)

The card - my favorite kind of card - black and white!  Flowers are stamped with black and then I used some gray to add some shading to the centers.

My son bought me a new computer with some of his stimulus check - now isn't that just the sweetest thing ever.  He is a good son!!!!!  Now to figure it out....LOL....I love new technology, but I usually hate the learning curve.  This old thing that I'm using now is comfortable, but soooo slow.  So a new one will be fun, but it's going to be a learning process for sure.  Several of the programs I use now are old and discontinued and I won't be able to use them anymore....insert sad face here!  :(   I will probably use this old one for awhile for this blog stuff until I figure out a new way to do it!   Wish me luck!

Rainy and dreary today.  We saw a bit of sunshine yesterday and a bit of warmer temp, so we managed a little outdoor time in the back yard.  Yay!  Looks like an indoor day today!

Another cloudy day, although it's supposed to be a bit warmer....we'll see.  Getting VERY tired of being in the house - I need to look on Pinterest for activities for Hudson.  Maybe I'll start teaching him how to clean LOL!

The card - circle is punched out of front panel and then I added a piece of gray cardstock behind it.  The flower is a die cut (Tim Holtz) and the butterfly is punched out.  The front panel is also embossed although it doesn't show well in the scan.   (this card is much prettier in real life)

Another day......I am so looking forward to some warmer weather along with the sunshine.  But, probably not going to happen today.  Getting cabin fever being stuck in the house........

Sorry I missed yesterday - just plain forgot!  But Hudson and I had a terrific day.  Went to Main Street (totally desserted - no issue with social distancing there!) for a photo taking adventure.  What fun!  It was so much fun watching Hudson get excited about what he was going to take a picture of!  He did great too!  It was sad to see all the stores closed and no people, but we enjoyed the sunshine and the beautiful spring flowers!  I have a day off today - Sara ended up with a day off from work so she kept Hudson at home.  Now what?  No idea what I'm going to do.  This day by day stuff is a little out of my box - I do better with some structure and plans!  LOL!

More 'Grandma time' today.  Poor Jeff - he was supposed to be in Las Vegas this week for his annual golf trip with the boys.  He's done this golf trip for many years, since he was in college.  But, of course it's been cancelled for this year.  But, I will keep Hudson today so he and a friend can at least go play some golf here!

Well, I'm on full-time babysitting duty for awhile.  Jeff & Sara decided they would rather have Hudson coming here rather than preschool/daycare during this whole virus craziness.  So.....my life is taking a new turn for awhile! 

Loving the sunshine....mowed the lawn yesterday and hopefully can do  a bit more outside today.
