The card - super simple but I love this look!  I inked the stamp (SU) with markers and then just used a water pen to color in the flower and leaves.  

I sure didn't much accomplished yesterday - I kept getting sidetracked - hmmmm - that seems to happen to me a lot.  I think I'll try a little harder today because I'd really like to get some more stamping done.

The card - flowers are from SU, sentiment is from Altenew.  The flowers in the background are stamped with Sahara sand, and then I inked the stamp with markers for the top layer of flowers.

I think I'll try to get a bit more stamping done today since I already have a mess - no sense in cleaning it up if I'm just going to make more of a mess, right?

Not sure what I'm going to tackle today - I did get the garage straightened up yesterday so that is done.  There's more to do out there, but at least everything is put away and I can walk through there without tripping on something!  I may try to get some stamping done today.  Looking forward to dinner with a friend tonight!

Awww....back to a somewhat regular schedule this week.  The kids have decided they can handle things on their own now....I'm going to miss the daily 'baby fix' though.   I'm here if they need me, but I do need to get some chores done around here - first up would be to get the mess cleaned up from our blanket making weekend!  And then I better get ready for class tonight.

Working on blankets today - actually what we're doing is finishing up stuff we started last night.  Sewing is definitely not my strong point, but this blanket is just too cute....however......I hate the way the binding came out, so today I'm going to rip it out and try to do it better.

Jeff is going back to work today so I will go out to stay with Sara and baby this afternoon (Sara's Mom will be there this morning).  More baby fix - yay!  He's just too darn cute and cuddly!  Then I'll come home and get ready for class tonight when Jeff gets home from work.

The card - here's another one with the same flower as yesterday.  I think I will have to get some more stamps from this company.  The name of this one is 'Beautiful Day' and it is on their website (Altenew)  Someone ask about dies - I cut this out by hand.

The flower on this card is done with a new stamp set I picked up a while back from a company called Altenew.  Love it.  The flower and leaves are done in three steps  and come out so cool!  

Tonight is our Shoebox Club and as usual I don't have the slightest idea what I'm doing for a project.  Guess I better get to work on that!

The card - can't beat the look of a simple black and white card.

I'm going to try and get a little clean-up work done in the garage today if it's not too cold.  Not sure how I've ended up with such a mess out there, but it really needs a little TLC.

The card - this is the card I did for our Shoebox Club last month.  Not much stamping, but it was a fun card.  The background is a Tim Holtz embossing folder - I inked the inside of the folder before embossing it.  The window frame is from SU.  I added some prima flowers and a doilie to the window.

Lots of chores to get done today - only hope I can sustain my momentum and get them all done!

The card - flowers are from SU.  I embossed just the bottom edge of the panel to make a border and stamped the flowers just above that.

The card - a few layers of paper :) , a balloon die cut and a sentiment on a banner.  Pretty darn easy!  

Time to get to work on class projects.  The week is going by really fast and I don't seem to be accomplishing much.....that's not good.

The card - had some fun with this one..... the background dots are done by sponging over a stencil with blue and then green ink.  Then I stamped the script in blue over that.  The squares are stamped on a large sheet and then punched out with a square punch.  The square are mounted on black and popped up.

Have a few errands to do today - and I really wish I had made a list last night because I'm having a hard time remembering what all I needed to do - hate when that happens!!
