Project Sunday - oh my, finally, a finished project.  Seems like I've been working on this Swedish Weaving blanket forever!  But, it's finally finished and now I can move on to another project.  Yay!

Today is going to be one last birthday celebration!  (it got postponed a couple of times :)  A friend and I are going for a drive up to Grand Mesa for some sight seeing and lunch and just a fun day out!   It will be a nice change in temperature too (we broke our record high on Friday - it hit 108!   Yikes, it's been hot!)  But it should be much cooler up on the mountain - and I'm hoping for lots of wild flowers!

Crafty Sunday - starting a new Swedish Weaving projects.  

Planning on stamping today - have new stamps, paper and die cuts so I'm excited to try them out!

Crafty Sunday - finally finished this Swedish Weaving blanket.  It was so much fun to work on, I think I'll have to start another one.   This one is going to be a Christmas gift.  

Finished some projects yesterday and got another one started.  Hoping to finish that one up today.  Going out to Jeff's this afternoon to take some family photos of the four of them.  Then I can finish up my Christmas cards.  Lots to get done this coming week!

Crafty Sunday - my new Swedish Weaving project -  a blanket.  This one is definitely going to take a bit more time.

Crafty Saturday - finished my table runner (Swedish Weaving) last night!  Yay!  I started on my next project which is an afghan.

Crafty Saturday - working on a new project.  This is going to be a table runner (Swedish Weaving)  Haven't done any Swedish Weaving for far too long and a friend got me motivated to do some new projects.  I just started this on Wednesday and it's about 2/3 done - yay!  

Some extra 'Grandma time' today - woohoo!  That's all!

Good morning!  Thought I would try to post some 'other' crafty things on the weekends.  This is some of my first attempts at Swedish Weaving.  It is so easy and so fun!  I've done quite a lot of towels, now I need to figure out what else I can do with it!  I've seen some beautiful afghans, but I think that is a little more than I want to attempt.  

Another dreary, cloudy day.  I didn't get a lot of stamping done yesterday, so I think I'll try to do some more today.
