Sunday Project - finally finished my Bronco socks and a couple of new tiny baskets.

Leaving on a jet plane...... I will be off to California this afternoon.  So excited!

Project Sunday - working on some tiny bowls.  (the blue/green one is currently in progress!)

Lots of work got done yesterday - Yay!  My pots are filled with new dirt and the drip system is mostly ready to go.  Now I just need to wait for a few days to plant - not taking a chance on a freeze happening!     No big plans for today - I may  do some stamping this afternoon, or work on a basket, or take a nap - or maybe a bit of  all of those :)

Project Sunday - I've been pretty productive the last couple of days!  I finished a pair of socks that Hudson asked for quite some time ago, finished a basket for a friend's granddaughter and made some St Patrick's day cards.  I'm on a roll!

No big plans for today.  Church this morning and then ?   I need to decide what my next knitting project will be I guess - maybe I can get started on something new!!

Project Sunday - the boys and I made these mummy candle jars yesterday.  Fun!  

We had a great day yesterday, lots of fun stuff going on!  We're in the middle of a 3-night sleepover weekend - so far, so good :)  I will get a bit of a break from kid stuff  for a bit since their Mom is picking them up and taking them to a friend's birthday party.  I'm going to church and then maybe a bit of quiet time before they get back!  But then we'll have to figure out the rest of the day - we may be stuck indoors if it continues to rain.  Having fun!!!

Project Sunday - look at this darling quilt that my friend Rena made for a baby gift!  So awesome!

I think it might be time to put the winter clothes away and get out the flip flops and short sleeve shirts!  That's my plan for this afternoon......maybe a nap too!

Project Sunday - I have been sewing.  I've made 2 sets of these towels in the last few days.  One set is for me and one set is for a birthday gift.  I hang these on my dishwasher which is next to my sink.  They are perfect for using to dry your hands!  Still have a couple of seasonal ones to make, but I'm covered for now thru winter!

My friend Karen is coming to stamp today - Yay!  A productive (I hope) and fun day!

Project Sunday - a couple weeks ago my friend and I went to a place in town called Funky Junk.  It's a cool place where you take a picture in of something you saw on Pinterest and they will get the supplies together and help you make it!  This is the project I chose to do.  It was great fun and now I have a new welcome sign hanging on my front porch!

We made great progress yesterday!  The shed is cleaned out and there is a great big pile of junk ready for the city trucks to haul away!  Yay!   Then Ethan decided he wanted to spend the night so we just hung out and watched some tv before bed.  Got so much done yesterday that I now have no idea what I'm doing today!

Photo Sunday - this is completed project that Karen brought to our Needle Keepers group on Tuesday.  She's been on quite a roll finishing projects lately!  Good for her!  And she does amazing work!

Not sure what my plan is today.  I never finished cleaning out and sorting all my paper from the other day so I'm thinking I should finish that project.   But, Hudson and I also took down all the winter decor yesterday, so I probably should replace it with something.  Looks a little bare in places!  We'll see - I wonder if I can manage to do both! Hahaha!

Project Sunday - my friend Ann (a part of our Needle Keepers group) made this cute little sleeping bag for a doll.  I don't have a doll in the house so I used this little stuffed lamb for the picture - isn't this just the cutest thing?  

My stamping day yesterday didn't end up being much of a stamping day - got totally sidetracked (I'm quite good at that!).  I did get other stuff done though.  But, I'm going to try again today - I have class projects to finish up!

Project Sunday - finished a Bronco hat this week (sorry for the bad picture)

Went to a new pottery shop in Town yesterday.  If you are local and you like painting pottery you need to check out Fat Cat Pottery down on Main Street.  Great place, really nice owners and lots of fun things to work on.  We learned some new techniques (well, new to us anyway) and did some fun projects.  I want to go back soon!

My birthday dinner got postponed the other night, so tonight Jeff & Sara & Hudson are taking me out for a delayed birthday dinner.  Looking forward to it!

Project Sunday - finished another hat this week.  (sorry about the bad picture)  Same pattern as last one, just a different yarn - but I like the variegated look.

Got a start on the chores yesterday, but ran out of energy before I finished.  Need to get out and put some fertilizer on the lawn this morning and trim some bushes before it gets too hot!

Project Sunday - finished knitting this hat last night!  I'm not sure I will ever be an 'expert' knitter, but it is fun for a change of pace.  (Thanks, Ann for your help!)  

Spending the day crafting with my friend Eileen.  I know she's going to be working on a rag quilt, I have no idea yet what I'm going to do.  I'm sure I can find something :)
