Photo Saturday - I am getting quite the collection of 31 bags :)   I really felt the need to get them somewhat organized the other day so I spent some time hanging up some hooks and getting them hung up on one of the classroom walls.   It makes it easy to see what's there and easy to find exactly what I want to take to a party.  

Trying to motivate myself to get some stamping done today....not sure why I'm having such a hard time with that, but just not in the mood I guess.

The card - flower stamp is from Penny Black.  I stamped it on a strip of card stock and then cut it into squares.  The square are popped up on the card front on top of the printed paper.

The card - the butterfly is punched out.  I actually punched out two and popped up the top one - the scanner kind of mashed them together so you don't get the same effect!  

Not sure what the plan is this morning.  Have a little extra 'Grandma time' this afternoon though, so looking forward to that!

The card - flower is from SU.  I stamped the flower once on the panel, then stamped it again on a seperate piece, cut it out and popped it up on the original stamped flower.  The white panel is also popped up.

Not sure what my plan is today.  I seem to have a fairly free day, and I really need to get some stamping done.  I just don't seem to be  very motivated.  Hmmm.......

The card - one of those new embossing folders....I embossed it on a smaller piece of  matching cardstock and popped it up.  The sentiment is stamped to the side directly on the card.

Just delivered Hudson to the babysitters....now it's time to get some work done - if I can get myself motivated!  Not really feeling it this morning.......

The card - love black and white.  The flower is from Unity, bottom strip is patterned paper and small strip is washi tape.  Add a small bow and the punched ovals are popped up.

Whew - a free day!  Gosh, it seems like it's been pretty chaotic around here lately.  Feels good to have a 'free' day, but I do need to get some stamping done.  Maybe some laundry too!

The card - another new embossing folder.  I colored the center of the flowers with a marker and added a sentiment - pretty darn easy!

The card - a script background stamp across the bottom and some layered butterflies.  The lg butterfly is a die cut, the middle one is stamped (SU), then cut out and the small one on top is a punch.  The sentiment is stamped, then punched out and slipped under the top butterfly.

Company for dinner tonight, so I have noodles to make, chicken to cook and the toys from yesterday to pick up.  Glad I don't have any other commitments today!

Oops - sorry I missed posting yesterday.  It turned into a bit of a crazy, but fun weekend.  I got some unexpected overnight 'Grandma time' on Saturday, so Sunday morning there just was not time to deal with the blog!   Today is another'Grandma day' and tonight I'll be at The Craft Studio for some knitting time.

The card - the color part of the background is done by using markers on a clear block and spritzing with water, then stamping.  I then stamped the grid (from SU) over the top and added some grunge stamping on top.   The butterfly is a die cut and is popped up.

Project Sunday - hmmm...no finished projects to show this week.  But these pictures are from The Craft Studio in downtown Grand Junction.  

This is where Deb and I go on Monday evenings to knit and enjoy some great company.  I just have to give a shout out to the owner Leslie.  She is the best!  She is so helpful, friendly and welcoming!  If you knit or would like to learn to knit go see Leslie at The Craft Studio. 



                       We spent a fun evening there on Friday for Movie Night.  You can knit, stitch, or do any kind of handwork, watch a great movie and enjoy some awesome snacks.
