The card - flower is from Darkroom Door.  I inked the stamp with markers, punched it out in a circle and then popped it up.  The strips under the circle are washi tape.

Boring old chores today...laundry is at the top of the list!

The card - another super easy one.  Used some of SU's Color Theory paper, cut to size for the front panel and then just used a nice big sentiment stamp and added some bling! 

Didn't get much accomplished yesterday....had one of those days that I just couldn't get motivated to do anything.  Hopefully I can get some stamping done today....that's my goal anyway!

The card - a super simple one today.  I stamped the sentiment on the white panel and then cut a curvy line at the bottom and added some prima flowers along the curve.  

Have a lot of 'chores' and stuff I need to get done this week.  Now I just need to work up some energy and get motivated.  Hmmmmm.

Project Sunday - my August 'Block of the Month'

Ok......today I really am going to get some stamping done!  My plan for that didn't exactly work out yesterday, but that's ok.  Ended up going to lunch with a friend and then we came back and did some stitching and watched 2 movies!  Fun afternoon!  And I even got the file drawers in the classroom cleaned out last night.  Had a great day and then managed to be productive too!  Yay for me!

The card - I love this new Color Theory paper from SU.  Fun stuff!  I stamped the flower (from Darkroom Door) in black and added the sentiment, also stamped in black.   Easy!

The card - stamped images are from SU, chair die cut is also from SU.  The sea shell is stamped and then cut out.  I used a background stamp for the background, inked it with markers then sprayed it with a little water before stamping.

A haircut this morning and then an afternoon of stitching at Hi Fashion.  All is good!

Great weekend!  It was so much fun catching up on family with my cousin.  It was a short visit but I enjoyed the family time!  Today is 'Grandma time' and that's my only plan for the day!

"Grandma time' today PLUS I have company coming.  A cousin I haven't seen in close to 40 years is coming for a visit.  It will be good to catch up!  Looking forward to her visit.  My weekend is up in the air, not sure how long my cousin will be here so I may not have a chance to post.  If not, I'll be back on Monday!

The card - stamped sentiment and chair die cut are from SU.  I tore some kraft cardstock for 'the sand' and layered the chair with 2 different colors of die cuts to give it a bit more dimension.  Some grunge spots on the kraft added to the 'sand' effect.

Found out I was having some unexpected company tomorrow, so I have chores I need to get done today!  And we're celebrating a birthday at our Shoebox club tonight - that is always fun!  Better get to work :)

The card - I used an old script stamp for the background on the small panel.  The top and bottom leaf are stamped directly on the panel, the middle one is stamped, cut out and popped up.  There's a bit of grunge stamped on the card front and the sentiment oval is popped up.
