The boys and I got a bit sidetracked yesterday, but we did get the Christmas tree up plus a few outside things.  So I need to work on the rest.  But, I'm taking a break from that today and spending the day in the stamp  room with my friend Karen.  It feels like it's been forever since I've done any stamping, so I'm looking forward to a nice long stamping day!

Trying to get my assigned dishes for dinner ready.  Dinner at a friend's house and then the boys will come home with me to spend the night.  We have plans to put up the Christmas tree tomorrow!   That also involves taking down all the fall stuff so we have plenty to keep us busy!  Looking forward to some fun!

Project Sunday - Rena brought her finished pillow to Needle Keepers for Show & Tell.  It is awesome - she does beautiful work.  

Woke up way too early this morning - I hate it when that happens!  I'll be off to church later, but really have no big plans for the day.  There's always projects to work on so we'll see what I'm in the mood for :)

A few chores this morning, church and then I have no idea.  No plan yet,  although if the forecasted rain  doesn't start too early maybe I can do a bit of cleanup in the yard.  But, there's always working on a project I started while watching a movie.

Project Sunday - a couple of projects I finished last week - a pair of knitted socks and a Sashiko  table mat.  

Banana bread is in the oven (for Fellowship time at church)  and now it's time to  take a few minutes and straighten up from our crazy overnight - it was great fun!   I'll use my quiet afternoon to finish up a new project I've been working on and maybe even a nap!  (my favorite Sunday afternoon pastime :)

Seems I got my days a bit mixed up yesterday.  Kept thinking all day it was Sunday!  😀   But I think I'm on the right track today :)   Making soup for our monthly soup lunch at church and then just planning on chilling out when I get home.  A nap will be order since I woke up at 4:30 (darn time change !)
