The card - snowflakes are stamped on the smaller panel.  Circles are die cut from patterned paper and then cut in half.  I attached the top ones first and then lined the bottom halves up with the top.  Sentiment strip is added on top.

Starting to put up the winter decorations.  The Christmas decorations are down but not put away yet....actually they're piled all over the classroom.   Getting the mess cleaned up and the Christmas stuff put away is my job today!   (It's way more fun to put it up than it is to take it down :)

The card - the two large snowflake are die cut out of the background panel and then the panel is mounted on top of a colored cardstock.  The smaller snowflake is die cut and added on top of the panel.  The tiny snowflakes are stamped randomly.

'Grandma time' today with Ethan.  Low key day :)  Looking forward to some of Jeff's chili for dinner and then a trip around town to look at Christmas lights.  (our traditional Christmas Eve!)

Crafty Saturday - I started this wool applique project way back at the beginning of the shutdown.  Couldn't finish it at the time because all the fabric stores were closed and I needed the material for the border!  I finally got around to finishing it a  couple weeks ago so I was able to give it away for a Christmas gift.  

Almost have 'the hat' done!  I should be able to finish it up today!  Woo hoo!

Crafty Sunday - finally finished this Swedish Weaving blanket.  It was so much fun to work on, I think I'll have to start another one.   This one is going to be a Christmas gift.  

Finished some projects yesterday and got another one started.  Hoping to finish that one up today.  Going out to Jeff's this afternoon to take some family photos of the four of them.  Then I can finish up my Christmas cards.  Lots to get done this coming week!

Plenty of chores to get done today.  I haven't cooked Thanksgiving dinner for the last several years, but we decided to follow the guidelines this year and not have a big get together.  So, I'm cooking dinner for just the 5 of us.  I'm off to the grocery for some last minute items and then I need to do some house cleaning.

It was a long day in the car yesterday, but nice to get away even if it was for just the day.  Relaxing for me to just sit and look at the scenery and talk - there was lots of talking going on....lol!

Today I need to get my yard cleaned up - pickup day for leaves tomorrow so I need to get them all blown or raked into the gutter.

The card - a brand new bundle from Stampin Up to play with - Quite Curvy.  The white piece is die cut at the bottom and then added to the top of the patterned piece.  The message is stamped along the curve and then just some added punched leaves and a prima flower.  

Time to get some cleaning done.  Not very excited, but it's been too long.  I'll get it over with and then have the rest of the week to play!
