The card - a little grunge, some patterned paper, a sentiment and a scrunched up, sponged leaf with some twine. Can't get much easier than that.
Back home, it was a short trip (much too short!). But it was good to get away for even a couple of days and Sherry was such a gracious hostess. Have some new stamps, some new wool and patterns and some fun yarn for a couple of projects. All is good!
Back to the regularly scheduled program.....'Grandma time' today, Friday night crafting tonight.
Have a wonderful day!

The card - just some random leaves in a variety of colors. Leaves are from SU.
Enjoying my time away from home :) The drive over the mountains was beautiful ....love those fall colors. Had time to do a bit of shopping when I got here (new stamps - yay!) and then had Five Guys for dinner, oh so yummy! Then Sherry took me to a yarn shop for some work time....I got a bit of knitting done, but was more entralled watching the ladies spin yarn, do needle punch and rug hooking.
Off to my Thirty-One meeting this morning and then I will go visit the wool shop, meet Sherry after work for some more shopping and then dinner. Life is Good!
Enjoy your day!

Off to the eastern slope today to visit my friend Sherry and to attend a Thirty-One meeting tomorrow. So looking forward to cranking up the music and seeing the fall colors. It's been soooo long since I've been out of town that even this short little road trip is going to be awesome!
Have a great day!

Lots of chores to get done today. I'm hoping to stay motivated and get them all marked off the list! Class tonight.

Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. I can hardly believe that it is September! I love fall, but I'm not ready for winter! Couldn't summer last just a little longer, please?
