Project Sunday - this was another part of the Christmas gift - it actually is a set of  4 pillow covers.  (the one last week was for winter - this one is for spring).

I think maybe I'll try to get some stamping done today.  We're getting together tonight for some pizza and to watch the 'live' performance of Grease - that should be fun!

Home......brrr......it's cold here.  What a great time I had, but....it's time to get back to real life now.  I'm going to ease into it though - don't have to do much today except unpack and do the laundry and then get ready for a class tonight.

The card - thanks to Judy S!  I used her idea for a calendar topper last fall and turned it into a card.  Hers was a bit different and I changed it a bit, but I loved the way it came out!

And the Broncos are on their way to the Super Bowl - woo hoo!!!!  I didn't get to see the game because we were on the road, but I did get to see one of the touchdowns when we stopped for lunch - that was fun!  Today we're on the final leg of the trip - we should be home this afternoon.

Boo hoo - the end of vacation - on our way home today.  We will be driving back to Mesquite today and then on to Colorado tomorrow.  It's been a wonderful few days!

Having way too much fun.....loving the warmth - (it's chilly, but much better than the 16 degrees it is in Colorado)  and I've been wearing flip flops - yay!  Today we're actually going to check out a scrapbook store - yep, there are still a few around I guess :)

At the beach - woo hoo!  No snow!!!!!  It is a bit foggy this morning and cool, but still, no snow and the temps are above freezing!  We got to watch the sunset at the beach last night and had 5 Guys for dinner - oh yes - Life is Good!

And our adventure has begun.......we spent the night in Mesquite and will shortly be on our way to San Diego.  Can hardly wait for some warmer weather and the beach!

Time to return to the real world I guess (for maybe a day, anyway).  I think Sherry is leaving to go home today.  That means I need to get the laundry done and some chores done and pack my suitcase because I am going to the beach with a friend - yay!  I've had such a good time the last few days, but I am looking forward to this next adventure too!

More fun today - I think it's going to be a stay-at-home day - just a day for crafting and visiting.  I do have class tonight so I will need to get ready for that at some point.  It's been so much fun spending so much time crafting with friends.  We've done birthday celebrations, Christmas celebration and then yesterday we got to celebrate a Bronco win - yay!  So much fun!

And we're off on an adventure today.  Deb, Sherry and I are going out to breakfast and then to the quilt store in Montrose.  Haven't been there in quite a while, so it will be fun to see what new stuff they have!  Then it's back home to have dinner with Eileen and Emily - making chicken and noodles and I need to get the noodles made before we leave!  It's going to be a fun day!

Lots to do today.  Tonight is our Shoebox Club, but we're celebrating Deb and Emily's birthdays, so at least I don't have to come up with a card :)  We are however, having dinner so I need to get some food prep done!  And.......our friend Sherry is coming over from the eastern slope for a visit and she will be arriving tonight.  It's going to be such a fun and busy weekend!  So looking forward to her visit.

Oh my, I guess all the holiday hoopla is over and it's time to get back to real life - whatever that is.  I need to think about class projects real soon!  Actually, the celebrating isn't quite over for me yet - our friend Sherry is coming over from the eastern slope in just a couple of weeks and we will be celebrating Christmas and a couple of birthdays with her.  I do have a couple of projects I need to finish up before then!  Oh my, I better get to work!
