The card - ran across some very old stamps when I was sorting some stuff in the garage.  These are some old Tim Holtz stamps that I found.  The yellow is a couple of grunge stamps with the words stamped over the top.

I'm on baby duty the rest of this week so I don't have plans to get much done around the house.  That's ok by me.

Not sure what the plans are today.  We talked about going to breakfast/brunch sometime later this morning before Tony heads back to Denver for his flight home.   Hopefully I can get a bit of work done later today!

The card - I found this great patterned paper that is wonderful for making cards.  I just cut this piece from the sheet, added a mat, some bling and a piece of decorative paper  - fast and easy!  

Looking forward to a visit from my son-in-law today.  He's been on a business trip in Denver and is coming over here to meet his new nephew.  A little bittersweet, as this trip was planned way last fall and Tracy was supposed to be with him.  The last few days have been hard emotionally - I miss her so much!  But, Hudson will be here today - yay!  And everyone will be here for dinner tonight so it will be good.

The  card - stamped images are from SU.  Butterfly is punched out and popped up and the oval is also popped up.  I sponged a bit of kraft on the edges of the top white panel and the oval.

Lots of chores to get done today.  I'm hoping to get everything on my list done - now wouldn't that be a good feeling!

The card - a super simple one - I used a piece of patterned paper, cut it to size, added a mat and a sentiment.  How easy is that?

The card - the tree stamp is from Magenta.  The background was done by using a background stamp from SU, inking it with markers and then spritzing it with water before stamping.

Project Sunday - finished knitting this hat last night!  I'm not sure I will ever be an 'expert' knitter, but it is fun for a change of pace.  (Thanks, Ann for your help!)  

Spending the day crafting with my friend Eileen.  I know she's going to be working on a rag quilt, I have no idea yet what I'm going to do.  I'm sure I can find something :)

The card - some scraps of patterned paper and SU's washi tape punch.  I clipped the corners of the small panel and popped it up.  Added a bit of grunge to the background.

Still haven't finished dealing with the stamps....something has to get done today because they are all over the classroom and I have a class tonight.  Hmmm.....that should motivate me I guess!

The card - a good way to use up some scraps of paper - center panel is just strips of different widths glued to a white panel and matted with black.  The panel is popped up on the card.  Add a sentiment and you're done!

The plans I had for today got changed and now I have no idea what I'm going to do.   I better come up with something, otherwise I will end up wasting the entire day! That wouldn't be good!

Project Sunday - took a knitting class a while back to learn how to knit a hat - this is what I made!  It's been fun to work on something other than dishcloths!

The card - Stamped images are from SU.  I punched a circle out and then used the open part as a template and sponged the circle with kraft.  The airplane is stamped on top of the circle with black.

Sara is going back to work today and I will be doing day care two days a week - Mondays and Fridays.  Today will be my first day.  I'm looking forward to spending these two days a week with my Grandson on a regular basis!
