Project Sunday - Deb & Sherry managed to surprise me once again.....they collaborated on this wool bag - Deb did the sewing and Sherry got the wool at my favorite wool shop in Loveland.  Isn't it just too cool?  I absolutely love it!!!!!

I do not even have the words to express how wonderful, generous and giving my friends are!  They are all truly marvelous and I am so thankful to have them in my life!  They have made this one of the best birthday months ever!

Oh my gosh - had quite the birthday surprise last night- a surprise visit from my friend Sherry.  Had no clue she would be appearing during our Friday night craftin' - what fun that was!

The Good Time Girls are coming today and I have no idea what I'm going to work on - maybe I'll get some more work done on my smash book.  I'm sure I can find some way to be productive :)

Oh my, what an awesome birthday trip!  The scenery was just amazing.  A million thanks to Judy for a wonderful time.  I don't think I'm going to be too ambitious today..... a day to re-group is probably more like it :)  But then I have Friday night craftin' to look forward to!

Sorry for the late post today.  I had no internet at my house this morning.  Judy and I are off on another adventure - we drove to Durango today and will be spending the night here and driving back home tomorrow.  This is the last of my birthday celebrations!  It was a beautiful drive over the mountains and I hope at least a few of the hundreds of photos I took turn out! We'll be taking a different route on the return trip so that will be fun!  More photos!  As soon as we rest up a bit we'll be checking out downtown Durango and going to dinner.

Project Sunday - I finished this flower table mat this week and I think it is one of my favorites so far.

Had a great day stitchin' yesterday and Laura surprised me with some special cupcakes for my birthday - wow...those were the best cupcakes ever!  They came from a local cupcake bakery so I'm going to have to check the place out!

I'm hoping my friend Judy will be coming over this afternoon so I will be motivated to get some stamping done :)

Photo Saturday - I took a drive up to Grand Mesa last Sunday.....this lake up near the top is still mostly covered with snow and ice.  Still a bit of winter left up there!

Project Sunday - this is the project I did when Deb and I took the hand-piecing class at Laura's.  It's now in Deb's hands getting hand-quilted.  I'm glad I took the class and I learned a lot, but....I will stick to wool applique :)

I ended up spending most of yesterday running errands.  So, I guess today I better try and get some more yard work done.
