Project Sunday - finished my first 'Melt the Ice' hat.  Working on a another one!

Project Sunday - a couple of projects I finished last week - a pair of knitted socks and a Sashiko  table mat.  

Banana bread is in the oven (for Fellowship time at church)  and now it's time to  take a few minutes and straighten up from our crazy overnight - it was great fun!   I'll use my quiet afternoon to finish up a new project I've been working on and maybe even a nap!  (my favorite Sunday afternoon pastime :)

Photo Sunday - this is what I've been working on at night while I watch TV....I love these cute little knitted pumpkins!  They are fun and fairly quick to make!

Off to church this morning with my pot of soup (it's soup Sunday and I signed up to make soup!)  It's a nice social get together after church and the donations go to help feed the hungry!  It's also almost the end of peach season and I have a whole lot of peaches I need to prepare for the freezer so Jeff can have fresh peach ice cream during the winter :)  That's my plan for the afternoon!

Project Sunday - finally finished this pair of socks that I started several months ago - yay!  Started another pair with some yarn that I won at an event at a local store a couple weeks ago.  Anxious to see how they work up!

Looking forward to dinner at Jeff & Sara's later today to celebrate Mother's Day.   Not sure what I'll do with the rest of the day.  Maybe just some r & r!

Project Sunday - starting two new projects - wool applique ready to stitch and the beginning of a pair of knitted socks.  (thanks to my friend Ann -  I couldn't knit socks without her help!!)

The yard work is almost finished - a few final touches and I'm done until next spring.  (I'll have pictures next week!)   Off to do a couple of errands this morning and then I'll figure out what to do next!

Project Sunday - I finally finished a knitted project - it's been a while!  I'm trying to make hats to donate to the local hospital for the newborns.  This is the first one!  

I didn't make much progress in the stamp room yesterday - hoping to do better today!  Don't seem to have much motivation these days - my usual January blahs I guess!  😉

Crafty Saturday - and the 'other hat' is done!  Yay!  Jeff was excited that it fit!  (me too!)  So, now the whole family has matching hats!  LOL!   Glad that is done - now I can move on to other projects.

'Grandma time' with both boys today.  Poor Hudson was a bit under the weather yesterday - hope he's feeling better today!

Crafty Saturday - it's done!  All my knitted  blocks are done and put together!  Yay!  

Hoping to get some stamping done today.  I only managed to get one card made yesterday .....but that's ok because I ended up taking dinner out to Jeff's which meant I got lots of baby snuggles (and Hudson hugs too!)  And that's much more important!

Crafty Sunday - My first pair of knitted socks!  I love making these!  So fun!  I've got another pair finished except for sewing the toe together and another pair started.  I've gotten a little sidetracked from working on them, but hope to get back to it soon!  

'Grandma time tonight and tomorrow.   And then some good news this week - Jeff and Sara bought a new house, then they put their house on the market on Friday, had one showing Friday night, sold it for full price after that one showing!  Amazing!

Project Sunday - my first knitted scarf.....finished this a few days ago.

Project Sunday - a while back I discovered this 'scrubby' yarn so I've been making 'scrubby dishcloths'.  They are fast and easy and I work on them when I don't want to have to think about counting stitches or what not!
