The card - one last 'fall' tree. Stamped images are from SU.
Off to the movies this afternoon and then Jeff and Sara will be joining us for dinner tonight. We had planned on starting the Christmas decorating today, but we slept in and decided it could wait!
Have a great day!

Photo Sunday - from our drive over the Colorado National Monument on Tuesday
The service for Tracy last night was beautiful and went really well. Saw a lot of people that I hadn't seen in a very long time. A sad occasion, but still good to connect with people! Tony is leaving today so we're going to lunch soon and then it's back home to begin taking down fall decorations and putting up Christmas decorations. My cousin, Marleen and her daughter Alyssa (from California) are staying until Wednesday and they volunteered to help with the decorating - yay! Not sure I would have been very motivated if they hadn't been here :)
Have a wonderful day!

March 26, 1975—October 15, 2015
Tracy Ann (Stoddart) Primozich, age 40, of Yellow Springs, Ohio, formerly of Grand Junction, Colorado passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 in Ohio.
Tracy was born in Grand Junction, Colorado to Charley and Becky (Long) Stoddart. She was a graduate of Grand Junction High School, class of 1993. She graduated with her Bachelors in Elementary Education from McPherson College, then spent 3 years with Church of the Brethren Volunteer Service. She earned her Masters of Divinity with emphasis in peace studies and youth ministry from Bethany Seminary in 2009. Beginning in 2011 she was employed as Director of Admissions at Bethany Seminary. She was an ordained Church of the Brethren minister.
Tracy married Anthony Primozich on October 10, 2010. She loved the outdoors, photography, camping, working with youth, musicals and the Denver Broncos.
From the benediction written by Tracy's friend:
Tracy was easy to love. And she made us feel loved: loved by God, connected to others, and loved by this gracious, open, and kind soul. We know intellectually that death comes to us all in one form or another, but losing the light that is Tracy Primozich is difficult.
In the Gospel of John, it states “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being. What has come into being in him was life, and the life was the light of all people. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.”
Tracy’s light is not lost. Her light is in each of us. Her light is in the world. In all that we do, in all the ways we love, may Tracy’s light shine on.

The card - just some grunge and a sentiment and a little bling. The grunge stamps are from Papertrey Ink.
Off to do errands today. A lot of last minute things to get ready for Thanksgiving and for Tracy's service on Saturday. I keep hoping my brain functions and I don't forget anything - always a possibility these days :)
Have a terrific day!

The card - stamped images are from SU. The background square on the small square panel was stamped by inking up a square block and then stamping with the block. The flowers are stamped over that. The small square panel is popped up.
Off to do a little sight seeing today. Taking Tony up to the Colorado National Monument. Should be a nice day to be outside enjoying the sunshine!
Have a wonderful day!

The card - flowers are from SU. Both the flowers and leaves are stamped with the matching card stock color, cut out and popped up. The background panel is embossed and then cut to allow space for the sentiment.
Have a few last minute chores to get done this morning, then I'll be picking up Tony (my son-in-law) at the airport this afternoon. Just the beginning of our holiday week :)
Have a wonderful day!

The card - a border stamp (from SU), a sentiment and some Prima flowers - can't get much easier than that!
Time for a trip to the grocery store - especially since I have company coming on Monday. Also need to get some stamping done - hopefully I can at least get a start on that. Looking forward to Friday night crafting tonight!
Have a wonderful day!

The card - super simple one. The leaf is a die cut (Tim Holtz) that I cut from some Tim Holtz patterned paper. I then crumpled it up a bit and popped it up on the card front. I added some grunge behind the leaf and sponged the edges of the panel. Added some string and a sentiment.
Off to a meeting this morning - working out some details for Tracy's service.
Have a great day!

The card - stamped images are from SU. I inked the leaves with honey and then sponged a bit of mustard here and then before stamping to get some variety in the color.
Have a ton of stuff to get done this week. I cannot believe it's almost Thanksgiving - yikes! (I did get the closet finished yesterday - yay - one thing off the list!)
Have a great day!

Have to go get a haircut this morning. Our Shoebox Club is tonight and as usual I don't have my project done. We're doing calendar toppers, so maybe I can get something together this afternoon. We'll see......
Have a terrific day!

The card - stamped images are from SU. I used a grunge stamp for some background on the small panel, then stamped the flower on top of the grunge. The small panel is popped up. Colors are taupe and navy.
An afternoon of stitching and then class tonight. Since the stitching group is meeting here I really must get some stuff cleaned up a bit this morning.
Have a wonderful day!
