The card - this is the card I did for our Shoebox group last week.  The background is embossed on a little over half of the background panel.  (leave enough room for the sentiment)  The smaller panel is die cut with a small piece of border attached to the edge.  I stamped the leaves directly onto the panel in green and then the top layer is stamped on a seperate piece, die cut and then popped up.

The card - the background is embossed.  The kraft panel is die cut (SU) with a white die cut panel on top.  The leaves are die cut, the flowers are from Prima.  

Tonight we are finally having a Shoebox get-together.  And, of course I haven't yet figured out a card .....hmmmm.....guess I better get to work on that!

The card - I used the sunflower die cut (SU) over some patterned paper and matted it with black.  The background is embossed.  

Time to mow the lawn and get a bit of yard work done this morning before it gts hot!   Looking forward to an afternoon of knitting with friends from knitting class and then an evening of stitching with friends.

The card - Leaves (SU) are stamped and then die cut and popped up inside the frame.  Although it doesn't show up well in the photo, the blue piece is embossed.  The frame is die cut using two stitched dies.  

I think it's time to do a bit of house cleaning, although I need to talk myself into getting started - somehow I'm not extremely excited about doing it!  😏

The card - My friend Emily loaned me this new sunflower stamp set to play with.  For this one I stamped the flower and leaves in black and then die cut the center pieces.  I colored the center pieces a bit and put it back together.  The center panel is popped up.

A stay at home, get a few chores done kind of day today.

The card - I love this new background stamp I got for my birthday!  (SU)  So many cool things you could do with it.  I just inked it up and used it as is for this card.  I stamped some leaves (SU) in the same color as the background and then added another color and stamped twice without re-inking.  The sentiment is stamped on a die cut label and popped up.

Crafty Saturday - my July wool applique.  I did this one last year after July, so this was the first time it got to hang on the wall.

'Grandma time' today - yay!  Yesterday I ended up spending most of the day at Jeff's unpacking the kitchen.  Whew!  It's all unpacked and put somewhere....Sara is going to be looking for stuff for months!!!!😄😄😄

The card - Just some leaves (SU) stamped along the edge in shades of green.   

No idea what I'm doing today,  I'm rather caught up with chores at the moment so.......  But, I am looking forward to Friday night crafting with friends!

The card - I embossed the background piece and then punched a square out to make a frame.  I attached a piece of patterned paper to the front of the card and then popped up the large panel over the top.  Leaf is a die cut.  Added a sentiment and some bling.  Easy peasy!

Time to mow the lawn - and I must get it done first thing this morning before the temp reaches a hundred again today!  Whew, it's been warm here!  Looking forward to an afternoon of knitting class and then an evening of stitching with friends.

The card - The flower is stamped on a seperate piece of white cardstock, colored with Copics and then cut out and popped up on the white panel.  The leaves are punched out and tucked under the flower.  

A whole day and evening free!  Oh gosh!  Sounds like a good day to stamp!

Oh gosh, I've ended up with a couple of unexpected free days.  My oh my, what shall I do?  I am thinking I might try to get some stamping done - it feels like it's been forever!

The card - not much stamping here.  The background is embossed.  The leaves are punched out.  The flowers were made by using an embossing folder (subtle) and then punching the petals out (2 for each flower).  The flowers are popped up.

More 'Grandma time today - woo hoo!  Having a break from the remodeling project has been nice!  This morning we're going to pick up a friend and go to Palisade's Farmers Market.  Nice way to spend a Sunday morning.

Aww....a break today from the remodeling.  I get to have a 'Grandma day' instead - yay!  And I'm looking forward to some Friday night crafting tonight!!!

The card - left side is a strip of patterned paper.  Small strip is a piece os twine ribbon.  I used two different leaf stamps , stamped each one twice without reinking and added some grunge splotches in the background.

More work at Jeff's new house today.  I spent all day yesterday painting....a little sore today!  Probably more painting today.  But.....I only have to work til noon today since I have people coming for our kntting class this afternoon - yay!
