No clue what I'm doing today.  I have a few more things I need to clean out and of course I can always do some stamping, or stitching or knitting.  But, I guess I need a bit more caffeine because nothing is really sounding enticing yet!  I'll figure something out at some point I guess - or maybe I'll just be lazy today!   (my ducks are definitely not in a row today!  LOL)

The card - the leaves and the sentiment are stamped on the white background piece.  The flowers were stamped on a separate piece, punched out and then popped up.  The bottom of the background is two strips of patterned paper.  Add some ribbon and some bling for flower centers.

I got more cupboards cleaned out and rearranged yesterday AND took a load of stuff to Goodwill.  Plus filled up the trash cans with  junk.!  Yay for me!  Have a few more things to go through in the garage but I am definitely making progress!  Woohoo!  Today I need to take my car for an oil change and then do some work on some wool applique.

The card - embossed background, patterned paper, die cut square.  Flowers and leaves are die cut and popped up (new from SU) .  I sponged the center of the flowers.  

I got some stamping done yesterday, so today I'm back to work on cleaning out some more cupboards.  Today's job is the utility room.  Lots of cupboards and lots of stuff to go through!  It's going to be an all day job!

My last three days before school is out and my summer schedule begins.  I need to take advantage of the next few days and try to be productive.  I'm planning on stamping today.  It feels like it's been forever since I've had a stamping day so hopefully I can get in the groove!

Saturday Quote.......

Busy day - Grandma time with both boys while Jeff is out playing golf.  Then we're doing Jeff's birthday dinner tonight.  His birthday is actually Monday, but Sara always works late on Monday so we decided to celebrate tonight.  So, the boys and I will spend the day getting ready to party!!!!

The card - just using some patterned paper mixed with solid colored cardstock.  I cut out a separate flower and leaves and popped them  up on the top panel - it's a bit hard to see in the photo.  

A birthday lunch here today.  (not mine)   Looking forward to some relaxing conversation and time spent with friends!  Later today I need to finish up the class stuff I started yesterday.

Photo Sunday - always look forward to spring and the peach blossoms!  Best peaches ever are grown just up the road in Palisade, Colorado!

Time to mow the lawn and then back to cleaning out closets.  Didn't get much done yesterday because I had a last minute invitation to lunch and then shopping - much more fun than doing chores!

Ready to plant flowers!  Got more done yesterday than I expected and even had time to go buy the flowers.  They're sitting on the porch ready to put in the pots.  That's today's job!

Breakfast with a friend this morning.  And then......I think it's time to begin planting flowers -  woohoo!  But, today I just need to go buy potting soil.  Was hoping to get the dirt in the planters today, but it's supposed to rain.  Guess I'll have to play it by ear!  I'm so ready to add some flowers to the yard!!!!
