Misc Sunday - Jeff went for a test drive yesterday in this Tesla.  He said it was super cool to drive and now he wants one - hehe - he'll have to save his money for a long time!  If you live in Grand Junction and want to test drive it yourself you can do that at the car show at Canyon View Park today!

Not sure what I'm doing today.  I really need to work on class projects so maybe I can get motivated to do that.  We'll see.

Enough with the rain already.  I did get a little yard stuff done before it started raining yesterday so that was a good thing.  But it's been raining this morning and is supposed to rain even more so there's not much chance I can get anything done outside today.  Guess I need to find something else to do today!

The card - I used SU's hexagon punch for this one.  Not a lot of stamping, just some punched hexagons, a little ribbon and some small punched flowers.  Colors are white and baja.

Good grief, they are predicting more rain today.  Enough already!  I want to get the rest of my yard cleaned up.  Maybe I can get a bit done this morning and hope the rain holds off for at least a little while.  We'll see.

I finally got some yard work done yesterday.  Whew!  Didn't get as much done as I had hoped, but I didn't want to overdo and be wiped out today.  Hopefully I'll get some more done later this week, but I have a birthday dinner to cook tonight so I need to get to work on that!

Project Sunday - aw....finally a finished project.  This is fairly large and will be in a frame.  (the small leaves are really green, not sure why they look so yellow in the picture).

Gosh, I sure hope we see some sunshine today.  I'm tired of the rain and the gloom.  Not sure I'll get out to work in the yard, but I still want to see some sunshine!!!!

And once again I had planned on spending the day getting the yard cleaned up - and once again the weather is not cooperating.  I didn't realize it was going to rain most of the night - and they are predicting more rain during the day today - good grief! I thought we were supposed to have some nice sunny weather this weekend.  (shows you what I know!)   I guess I'll figure out another way to spend the day - plenty to do, that's for sure.  There's always stamping or stitching too!

The card - flower is stamp/punch from SU.  I layered two of them together for a little more dimension.  The 'leaves' are just flower petals that I cut off of a flower I punched from solid paper.  Colors are baja and white.

Well, darn!  I had talked myself into finally getting out in the yard today and now the weather is not cooperating.  The wind is blowing and we're supposed to get more rain - ugh!  Hmmm....guess I need to re-group and figure out another plan for the day.
