An appropriate card today since we got our first snow yesterday. They got a lot in the mountains which is a good thing, but the stuff down here is mostly gone already.  But it's cold - brrr!    But, I'm off this morning to meet Judy S for breakfast and then we're going to check out a couple of new places we heard about.   Should be a fun day!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend.  We had a lovely trip, the weather was perfect, lots of sunshine and clear roads - always a good thing!  We came home on Saturday, so I spent yesterday working at getting the Christmas decorations up - still working on it!  Not sure how much I'll get done today with Hudson around, but I can finish up tomorrow if need be.  So much to get done in the next couple of weeks!

We're off this morning to drive to Denver.  We'll be spending the holiday with my daughter-in-law's family.  

I'm not taking my computer with me, so I will taking a short 'blog vacation' for just a couple of days.  I will be back on Monday!

Chores today.  Want to get the house cleaned up and must get the laundry done and my suitcase packed.  We are going to Denver to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with my daughter-in-laws family.

The card - background grunge is from SU.  Sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and leaf is an EK Success punch.  I punched the leave from some Tim Holtz paper, wadded it up and then sponged it.  I added a string bow and popped it up.

Off to Hi Fashion this morning for a few hours of stitching.  It sure seems like I've been going to a lot of stitching days lately and that should mean that I'm getting a lot of projects done - hmmm....not so much.  Maybe I'm talking more than stitching?

Aww...an extra 'Grandma day' today.  I might be able to finish up the laundry if he takes a nice long nap!

Lots of chores to get done today.  It looks like it's going to be the last nice weather day for a while so I really want to get my yard cleaned up this afternoon!
