More'Grandma time' this week.  I do have to say I worked really hard all weekend and got a lot of things on my 'to do list' done! - Yay!  There's still some stuff left to do, but there's always next week!

Whew....having Hudson for an entire week has been awesome, but I haven't gotten much done.  But, that's ok.  I have a whole list and today and tomorrow to get everything done.  I guess I better get busy!

The card - stamped images are from W Plus 9.  It's a bit early for me to do Christmas, but I this is all I have done!  It's time to get some stamping done!  I do love this wreath set and you will be seeing lots more of it!

More 'Grandma time' today.  In fact there will be lots of Grandma time for the next two weeks - the baby sitter is on vacation.  Today we're meeting a friend for breakfast.  And hopefully, tonight  I will have some energy left to get some stamping done!!!

I actually got some chores done over the weekend and was able to mark a couple of things off my list - not as many as I would've liked, but at this point any is better than none!  Today is 'Grandma time', so no chores today.  Dinner out tonight with a friend.  It's going to be a good day!

The card - some more of that yummy paper with the gold foil.  It made a nice background for a gold leaf and a matching color of cardstock leaf.

The card - love this background - I embossed the panel and then took the white ink pad and just lightly wiped it across the panel to add some white to the raised image.  Added a scrunched up, sponged leaf and a bit of twine.

Meeting a new friend for coffee (well, iced tea for me) this morning and then I need to figure out a calendar topper before tonight's Shoebox Club.

The card - and more leaves!  (scrunched up and sponged)  I embossed the background in one big piece and then cut it into the strips.  I kind of wish I had popped them up on the front - it would have given them a bit more dimension.

I had an extra day of 'Grandma time' yesterday - the babysitter was sick.  Now I'm a little behind in my plan for the week - but oh, who cares.  Now today I'm off to Montrose to get started in a knitting class.  Another last minute thing, but I'm looking forward to it!

The card - some new flowers I picked up at a local shop.  (Seasons to Follow).  I sponged the opposite corners of the small panel before stamping the flowers.

The card - sorry, it looks a bit dark in the scan.  But I started with a base of basic grey, added some grunge and a piece stamped with a script stamp, then added a sentiment and a scrunched up leaf.  It would make a nice 'guy' card!

Chores to get done this morning and then an afternoon of stitching at our Wool Gatherer's Group at Hi Fashion.  Then I will pick up Hudson for an overnight stay.  Busy day!

I'm hoping we're going to see some sunshine today!  A little tired of the rain and the gloomy days.  But, never the less, I have stuff to do and getting some class stuff done is at the top of the list.  I just need to focus today!
