The card - wood look printed paper, punched, embossed leaf and a sentiment.  A super easy one.  (I wish I had scrunched up the leaf on this one!)

Um.....what to do today......can't quite decide where to start.  The garage definitely needs some attention and I've been dealing with some stuff as I go, but there's so much stuff out there I can't figure out a good plan for getting it organized.  Um...maybe I'll go shopping instead - still have to find a dining room table :)
