The card - background strips are washi tape.  Flower is made with 2 different SU flower stamps/punches.  The tag is popped up.

Have to get my act together early this morning - have a guy coming to see about getting a new swamp cooler and he said he'd be here at 7:30 am.  Geez, I'm always up, but not always ready for visitors at that time of morning.  Guess I better get with it........then I'll be going to do some stitching this morning/afternoon and then back home to get ready for class tonight.  A rather busy day!
