The card - balloons are a die cut from SU.  I cut them out and then stamped the sentiments (from CTMH) on them.  They are popped up on the embossed panel.  I added some small bows and drew the strings with a fine line pen.

What's up with the rain?  I wasn't expecting that today.  I thought I was doing pretty well getting stuff ready to leave, but somehow I find that I don't have as much done as I thought.  I had planned on going to a stitching thing this afternoon, but I may have to pass on that.  We'll see - maybe I can be super industrious this morning.   So....I better get busy.
