The card - stamped flower is from SU.
The background square is done by inking up a clear block and using it just like a stamp.  The flower is then stamped in black on top.  The matted square is popped up on top of the embossed panel.

Finishing up chores and errands today.  Looking forward to dinner out with a friend and then another GJ Rockies baseball game tonight!
