Photo Saturday - he loves to 'help' in the kitchen!
And I'm off at the crack of dawn (at least it feels like it) to a Weight Watcher Meeting. It's past time. I've done this before and managed to keep things fairly under control until I quit smoking 4 years ago - it's been downhill since then. So, wish me luck - it's going to be a real struggle!

What a sweet grandson! Future chef in training? All of our grandchildren have enjoyed working in the kitchen with me when they have visited.
