The card - the background panel and the flowers are pre-printed pieces from SU.  I stamped the sentiment on the tag and added some ribbon.  Super easy!

I'm on a mission to get my garage cleaned out so I've been working on that in between other stuff.  It's going to take a while.  But, it will be good when it's done!!!!  So, I will work on that this morning and then go to Black Sheep Studio for some stitching time this afternoon.   Oh, and by the way, the Line Dancing class was awesome!  Leslie (at Dance Magic) is a great teacher  - I'm going to enjoy this class (and get some exercise at the same time!)
