The card - small flower (SU) is stamped in black on the patterned paper.A strip of plain flagged card stock is added to the background.  Flower is a cutout, popped up.

Time for a little cleanup in the house.  Shoebox group is tonight and I have to get a card ready for that!  I better get busy!!!
