The card - middle panel is embossed with corrugated  embossing folder (SU).  I just got it, so had to play with it!  Leaves are punched out, scrunched up,  sponged. and popped up.  Added some twine and a sentiment.  

'Grandma time' today!  Yay!  Looking forward to an evening stitching with friends too!
