The card - background is patterned paper (this is some really pretty silver foil stuff from SU)  The leaves are die cut.  An added strip of card stock and a sentiment punched out in an oval.   Pretty darn easy!

Have to get my stuff ready for our Shoebox Club tonight.   And maybe I can get a few chores done too!
