The card - background is embossed.  The smaller panel has a strip of patterned paper attached at an angle behind the ice cream.  The ice cream scoops are stamped, punched out and popped up.  The ice cream cone is punched from patterned paper.  

Off on an adventure day with my friend Judy today.  It's been way too long since we've had a day out so I'm looking forward to some fun!
