The card - Background is patterned paper. Sentiment piece is die cut with stamped sentiment. Ice Cream cone is punched from patterned paper. The ice cream scoops are stamped, punched out and popped up.
It's going to be a stamping day I think. I still have new stamps to play with!!!!
