The card - background is embossed with a strip of patterned paper at the bottom.  The solid piece across the bottom of the patterned paper is die cut.  The flowers are stamped on a seperate piece, die cut and popped up.  The sentiment piece is also die cut.  

First day I am able to actually 'take a walk' since the whole broken foot thing!  So, first thing this morning I'm off for a walk.  Then I need to bake some cookies and then this afternoon I'm off to our Wool Gatherer's group.
