The card - background has strips of patterned paper added to each side.  The die cut leaves are added on top of a small square panel.  A sentiment, some twine and a bit of bling to finish. 

Aw, a couple of 'normal' days coming up!  I'm sure it will seem rather quiet around here :)   Looking forward to an afternoon with the Needle Keepers!
