The card - the background is embossed with an added strip of white bordered with green.  A bit of grunge is stamped on the white piece.  The flowers and leaves are stamped, die cut and then popped up.  Add a sentiment and some twine.  

The last couple of weeks have been a bit crazy!  But I think things should be returning back to normal (if there is a normal!)  So, some cleaning and straightening up this morning and then a nice relaxing afternoon with the Needle Keepers group (a new name we're trying out :)
