The card - background panel is embossed.  Small panel is stamped with a bit of grunge, matted and then popped up.  Leaves are stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add a bit of twine and a sentiment.

Hmmm....a bit of free time today.  Thinking about doing some stamping.  Looking forward to a family /friends bbq later today.
