The card - background is matted patterned paper.  Stems are die cut.  Sentiment is die cut, sponged on the edge and popped up.  Add a bow of twine.  Super easy!

More 'Grandma time' today.  We had a great outdoor fall afternoon yesterday - a walk in the neighborhood, plus some time at the park. It's raining this morning so looks like an indoor day today!  :(
