The card - background panel is embossed.  I made a circle frame with 2 sizes of circle die cuts.  I stamped some snowflakes on the dark background piece and then added the die cut trees.  The sentiment was heat embossed with white on a piece of navy cardstock and then cut out by hand.  Added  a bit of bling and some silver string.  

'Grandma time' with just Hudson today.  Looking forward to dinner out with friends tonight.
