The card - background panel is embossed.  I die cut a smaller panel, stamped the image and then die cut the center.  Each layer is popped up.  

'Grandma time' with just Hudson today.  It's a 'we can do anything we want' kind of day, so Hudson is in charge of the plan for the day!
